Indexing Software
So, you have a brand-new beautiful new site. It’s filled to the brim with good content; your coffers are full. Content you want to share with the world. For the world to see your masterpiece of a website, it’ll have to be indexed by search engines (Google, for the most part, at least in terms of search volume market cap). How does one get their site recognized by Google?
Backlinks are a crucial part of indexing on search engines. You’ll want to have some good link indexing software to help them reach their full potential. In the early days of SEO, it was easy to keep track of your backlinks. You could either ping them or make an RSS feed to submit to a directory, all by yourself. These days, it’s a bit more complicated. You’ll need the right tool for the job, especially if you’re working with a lot of pages on your site.
There are an incredibly high number of indexing tools available online. It can be hard to know which software works the best. But which ones can you trust? Here are the four backlink indexing softwares that we think are the best in the business.
1. Indexification
Although some consider this method to be “going out of style”, RSS feeds still work well for indexing purposes. Indexification is a software that uses both RSS feed and pinging methods to get through an impressive 1.5 million links per month. They generate search engine friendly, shortened URLs of all your web pages and links, and track crawl visits in real time.
They create and ping content pages, RSS feeds, and XML sitemaps with your backlinks on randomly chosen sites that they own. They ping all your links individually, and repeat them multiple times for faster and better indexing. They also claim to have several privately-kept tricks to increase crawling & index rates, that they say no other company can provide.
They offer 24/7 customer support, automatic dead link reporting, full remote API access, and you can schedule links for up to 30 days ahead. And all of this for only $17.97/month. That makes Indexification one of the most affordable tools out there. Not a bad indexing tool for someone just starting out.
2. Index Nuke
Index Nuke is a tool that claims to know the secret to indexing links and pages. They also claim that your old service or software no longer works in 2018. They use traditional tactics like pinging, RSS feeds, and sitemaps, but the upgraded version also uses the cloud to extend their powers further.
They offer two versions, their Pro plan and Platinum plan. The Pro version is a desktop software that uses the old school tactics mentioned above. Purchasing it will cost you a one-time payment of $77. The Pro plan offers their custom “BRUTE FORCE” technology, which they claim is a superior backlink indexing alternative to other softwares. This plan can easily compete in the SEO field even without the additional Cloud upgrade.
The Platinum version offers everything that the Pro version offers, but they’ve taken their BRUTE FORCE index modules and added the power of the Cloud. The desktop software uses its own built in indexing routines and then passes the backlinks to the Index Nuke Cloud to take it even further. There are two ways to pay for the Platinum version. You can pay a one-time payment of $77, plus a recurring payment of $15.97/month, or you can pay a one-time payment of $297 for lifetime access.
3. Linkilicious
Linkalicious states that they have tested and retested different indexing strategies, and that they have developed their very own recipe for getting search engines to not only crawl, but to also index your links. When you submit your links that you’ve built to Linkilicious, they drip them out to the three main crawlers: Google, Majestic, and Ahrefs (you might remember Ahrefs and Majestic from our Top 4 Backlink Research Tools for SEO Dominance article).
Linklicious does this on a schedule that the user defines. They give details on the crawl statistics of each uploaded batch of links. They convert all your campaign data into quick and easy-to-read charts, reports and graphs, so it’s easy to check progress and results. Additionally, Linklicious tells you when and how your links are being dripped and crawled by Google. Another big plus is that they’re constantly testing new techniques and improving their service.
Linkilicious offers three different service plans: The free version, the basic version, and the pro version.
- The free version allots 2500 links per day, shortens and anonymizes your links, and drips your links slowly on your schedule.
- The basic plan gives you more perks and adds 12,500 links per day for Only $17/month.
- The pro plan offers it all, every perk plus 50,000 links every day, for $57/month.
4. One Hour Indexing
One Hour Indexing has proven itself to be a very effective link indexing tool. It’s a popular software with quite a reputation in the SEO world. They claim to be the ONLY guaranteed indexing service. Instead of just slowly crawling through your site’s pages and links, their fully automated software starts to index in just a few minutes. Their site is covered with testimonials from professionals who have successfully used their service.
One Hour Indexing has four different service plans:
- Their starter plan is $8.50 for the first month, with recurring monthly payments of $17 after. The starter plan offers email support and adds up to 1000 links per day.
- The Basic plan, only $23.50 the first month, is $47/month after that. The Basic plan also offers email support, as well as 10,000 links per day, one third party API, link level report, and white label API.
- The Pro plan is $48.50, then $97/month. The Pro plan offers everything the Basic plan offers, only it adds 30,000 links per day and supports unlimited 3rd party APIs.
- The Agency Plan, their most expensive, will cost you a whopping $497/month, but you’ll go through an amazing 200 thousand links per day.
Happy Indexing!
With these tools, and some effort, your beautiful backlinks will finally be put to good use. You’ll get noticed on all the popular search engines and your websites will thrive. If you do it right, your blog or site will get record numbers of traffic. Good Luck. We’re rooting for you.
